MESSAGE TO OUR COMMUNITY We are so grateful for your engagement and support this past year! 2021 YEAR REVIEW HERE ARE SOME HIGHLIGHTS: Completed and submitted our grant to the National Institutes of Health (NIH)iQsonics joined forces with CHOC-TAC (Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Thompson Autism Center), UCLA CART (Center for Autism Research and Treatment), and Cal State Fullerton, submitting a grant proposal to NIH initiative Promoting Research on Music and Health: Phased Innovation Award for Music Interventions (R61/R33 Clinical Trial Optional). If funded, the 5-year research study will include a clinical trial of SS4Kids with 200 children with autism, with training for their parents and caregivers to effectively play the program at home and receive support from the developing Community of Practice (parents, professionals, administrators, and subject matter experts).We…
